Stand is reflective of an extremely tough and emotional time of Chris' life between 2018 - 2020. Recorded in Chris' home studio in Essex. The tracks offer insights into suffering with depression and feeling lost whilst simultaneously conveying a message of hope, gaining strength and finding a way forwards stronger than ever. I hope enjoy the EP and I look forward to hearing your thoughts and feelings on it.
